Email Body: Provide at least two paragraphs detailing the purpose of the event. Clearly state whether it is educational, a local political caucus, a debate, or another type of gathering.
Event Details to Include:
- Event Location: [Specify the venue and city]
- Expected Audience Size: [Provide an estimated range]
- Event Date: Specify the exact date and time. You may indicate a range of weeks or months if you are flexible with the event date.
- Expenses: If the event is in Visayas, Mindanao, or the northern/central part of Luzon, please indicate whether you are willing to cover the plane ticket and accommodation.
- If a local politician will be sharing the stage with Heidi Mendoza, please specify.
- Kindly attach in the email the tarpaulin design for the local event. If there is none, please specify so Heidi can bring her own tarpaulin.
